Returns and refunds

Nisab Studio is a brand of Voidcraft Studios LLC. We sell digital products that are delivered electronically. Because our items are downloadable files and no physical product is shipped, the terms below apply.

Digital products
All purchases are for digital downloads. Once a file has been downloaded or accessed, the sale is generally final, since a digital file cannot be returned the way a physical item can. By completing your purchase you acknowledge that you receive immediate access to the files.

When we will help
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If any of the following happen, please contact us within 14 days of your order and we will make it right with a fix, a replacement file, or a refund where appropriate:

• The file fails to download or you cannot access it after purchase.
• The file is corrupted, incomplete, or will not open.
• You were charged more than once for the same order.
• The product is materially not as described on its product page.

How to request help
Email us at nisabstudio@gmail.com with your order number and a short description of the issue. We aim to reply within a few business days.

Please note
We are generally unable to offer a refund only because a file has been downloaded and is no longer wanted, or for a change of mind after access, except where the law that applies to you requires it. If your local consumer law gives you stronger rights, this policy does not limit them.
