How do I receive my files?

Your order is an instant digital download. As soon as your payment goes through, a download link appears on the confirmation page and arrives in your email. There is nothing physical to ship.

What format are the files in?

The spreadsheets are Excel files, saved as .xlsx. They open in Microsoft Excel, in Google Sheets, and in most other spreadsheet apps. The guides and the children's workbooks are PDF files that open on almost any device.

Do I need to be good with spreadsheets?

No. Each spreadsheet opens to a Start Here page that explains what to do, and the sums are already built in. You enter your own numbers and the totals update for you.

Will it work on my phone?

Yes. You can open and read everything on a phone or tablet with the right app. For the spreadsheets you will find a computer more comfortable while you set things up, and your phone is fine for checking in afterwards.

How do the tools stay halal?

They are designed to keep you clear of riba, which is interest. The debt section is built to help you leave interest behind rather than take on more of it, and the giving tools make room for Zakat, the yearly due on wealth, and sadaqah, the charity we give freely. Where we share guidance from the Qur'an and the Sunnah, the teaching and example of the Prophet, peace be upon him, we render the meaning in our own words and label it as such.

Can I get a refund?

Because every item is delivered at once as a digital file, refunds are handled as set out in our Refund Policy. If a file will not download or open for you, please reach out and we will put it right.

Can I share or resell the files?

Your purchase is for you and your household to use and enjoy. Please do not resell or share the files beyond your home. Within your own family you are very welcome to use them freely.
